Since 2016, Crown Administrators’ client has grown an astonishing 1,500%. That’s why Crown Administrators made significant investments in people, processes and technologies to establish itself as a leader in the administrative space.
Seeing the need for a broader set of skills at the top, Crown Administrators also recruited veterans of growth from Life Sciences, Telecommunications and Risk Management to help lead the charge into the future.
Jonathan has been making organizations into efficient, scalable platforms for more than 20 years. He’s acted as the primary catalyst for the growth of brands like Colliers International, Snap On Smile, Lumineers, and the LapBand. He has helped companies grow from millions to billions of dollars in revenue with incredibly short timelines. His ability to build global teams that work together on solutions and carry out lofty goals has earned him invitations to speak at hundreds of events around the country.
Since joining Crown Administrators, Jonathan has focused on driving the company’s vision to lower the cost of medical care while providing the very best experience for members, providers and our partnered Independent Member Representatives.
Jeffrey brings over twenty-five years of experience as an accounting and finance executive with high growth public and private companies. Mr. Komatz has experience with more than 20 financing transactions raising over $250M of equity and debt and successfully orchestrated successful sales of five companies with valuations ranging from $50M to $250M.
Jeffrey graduated with a BSBA from Ohio State University and began his career working seven years in Big Six accounting at Coopers & Lybrand.
Jeffrey joined Crown as its CFO in November 2017 due to the exciting growth opportunities of the health share space and to help thousands of families lower the cost of their medical care.
Kathleen is a passionate leader and industry specialist with 15 years of comprehensive experience in human resources management. She’s built her career by being a versatile, results-driven professional skilled at developing excellent relationships with clients, peers and senior leadership. Her drive and skill set has helped her excel in fast-paced leadership roles that enhance companies’ ability to administer successful employee programs.
Kathleen joined Crown Administrators for the opportunity to develop a comprehensive, integrated employee platform that will support dynamic growth while enabling individuals to reach their fullest potential.
An Armed Services Veteran, Josh has spent more than five years working with Providers to develop and implement scalable, cost-effective solutions that save millions of dollars. Priding himself as an individual with the highest integrity, he works with providers and members to craft solutions that fit every situation’s unique needs. Josh has the innate ability to ensure the providers and facilities involved have their concerns and needs respected while consistently delivering member savings.
Lane’s dedication and drive have been proven over the years to help companies adapt and adjust to changes in the market, all while keeping the customer first. Lane has more than 25 years of leadership in operations, training, human resources, and customer service with companies like Southwest Airlines, Pedernales Electric Cooperative, Austin Energy, and Global Gas and Oil. His skills in helping organizations run as efficiently and effectively as they have transformed Crown Administrators’ ability to deliver the highest quality solutions for our clients and customers.
Lane graduated with a BA in Marketing from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock and completed a master’s degree in organizational management (MAOM).
Lane joined Crown Administrators as a Vice President in January 2017, focused on improving operational procedures and concentrating on building growth for Crown.
