In consideration of the premium paid, it is understood and agreed that the insurance afforded by Crown Administrator’s Professional Liability Insurance Policy will be extended (for twelve months) to include the named insured regarding any claim arising out of professional services rendered with respect to Crown Administrators non-insurance Altrua HealthShare membership.
The following sublimits of liability shall apply with respect to claim expenses and damages: $1,000,000 Each Claim $1,000,000 Aggregate Limit. Please note, this is not a plan fee, but an administrative fee for the E&O Coverage.
